Hi,

I'm working with BES. I would like to have on all mails sent form BB, the message "sent from my BB device". Some of my BB users have automatically this message at the end of each mail and some don't.

It seems that it occurs only for users who have received the new BB model 8800

Do you know how to enable this option ? BES or on the device ?

As far as I know that is in the signature.

I agree, this is the signature block. Not sure how to change it in BES, but in BIS it is a setting for each email account.

Ok ok. The signatures for BES and BIS are entirely separate. Editing/removing one does not impact the other. If you're using both BES and BIS and you don't want the default signature on either you'll need to change it in both (actually more than one for BIS if you have more than one email account integrated with BIS) places.

Again, BIS and BES are entirely separate and do not interact with each other. Signatures are not an exception.

Someone already said this but you are talking about the signature. Again, check both places.
