Question Downloading BlackBerry Forums Shortcut Applications

I want to download the shortcut applications for this website. I am not sure what I am doing and don't want to mess up. I haven't downloaded to my BB yet. What is ALX file and COD file and which do I use?
Thanks for your help. Sorry if this is a dumb question. I just don't want to mess up.

Not a dumb question. I thought the instructions were pretty clear though. From you BlackBerry, download the JAD file. From you PC, download the alx and cod file.
