Wirelessly posted (your electric?: BlackBerry7520/4.0.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 UP.Browser/5.0.3.3 UP.Link/5.1.2.12)

Take it to an Authorized Service Center (ASC), with that they will send it in, that is your only option besides purchasing the part online and installing it yourself (I am sure someone knows the site to order from).

How new is the BB, is it still under warranty? It would seem that if it's a manufacturer issue you wouldn't have to pay for the part yourself. I'd go that route and see.

the same thing happened to me 2-3 weeks ago...luckily i had my 7510 still in working condition so I just dropped it off as a service center....had a new phone in my possession within 2 business days....didnt cost a thing as i had the insurance coverage....

Also, my phone was rebooting constantly so they kinda replaced in no time.....

just make sure u do a full backup before taking it in....
