Default Exchange problems on laptop ever since getting my 7520

I've been having problems running Outlook on my laptop via VPN (Cisco 4.0.3) ever since IT set up my Nextel 7520 to run on the office BES.

Unfiltered e-mails still show up on the Blackberry, but if I open Outlook at home on the laptop, I only see e-mails received when I was last in the office. It's like it doesn't recognize my Exchange profile or something -- can't pull up the office e-mail directory, etc.

The BB is running 3.6, as the IT dept. specified. It did the same thing sporadically when I was running 4.0 as well.

I also have trouble running BB desktop manager from home now -- refuses to connect, so I can't run application mover or intellisync either.

Anyone got any suggestions?

I think I got this problem taken care of -- outlook had to be set to run online only. That problem was causing the desktop manager issue as well.
