Default Get upper case UMA/EDGE on SIM card that came with the Curve

Please Login to Remove!

The Curve gave me upper case EDGE/UMA signal with the SIM card that came with the phone but when I swapped the SIM card from my other phone I get lower case edge/uma. Anybody knows why?

Wirelessly posted

Upper case indicates a connection to the BB data network. Does the other SIM have BB services associated with it?

No, it does not. The other SIM card came from a Motorola phone. Maybe that is why.
