Exclamation BBlight won't stay on

Please Login to Remove!

after installed BBLight-1.82, i activate the icon
On User Activity: CHECKED
On EXternal Power: CHECKED
but the problem is the light won't stay on. it only stay on about 30sec. even i pluged external power, it still not stayon.
i pressed the power button. it still won't stayon for more than 30sec.
am i missing something?

reboot device then reactivate it and see if that helps

reboot device then reactivate it and see if that helps also go to options and screen keyboard and see what backlight is set too because i just changed mine to 30 seconds in the bb options and it wont stay on either I think something is wrong with the application it works for user activity but not more than what i have it set to in options

thanks, i rebooted it.. backlight still went out after 45sec. i checked the screen and keyboard backlight timeout is 45sec by default. but the option only allow 2min max..

any other ideas?

yeah same with mine i put mine back to two minutes and its seems fine as long as I am using it the thing stays on. It will not stay on for anything longer than two mins no matter what I do.

ok.. i think i found a trick..

here how i did it.
On Time Day: Checked
From: 08:00 (itz up to u) as for me im @ my desk at 8:00
Duration(mins): 999
now.. it will stay on. but if you want to turn the light off PRESS power key.

it work for me... try it.

I dont want mine to stay on till I turn it off kind of defeats the purpose of having a program to do it.

Did you change the option to Active? At the top of the screen, next to BB Light should be the word (Active).

yes i did.. but it still not working. i reinstalled program twice. still not help..
