Can I sync Lotus Notes 6.5 with my BB 7520 using the desktop manager? If so, please help with configuration.

you can if you have enterprise setup up. I go through 6.5 myself and had to have enterprise activated and a 8 page document how to from my company.

What is enterprise setup ?

...You just need the Desktop Software that comes with the BlackBerry, or download 4.0 Service Pack 1 from www.blackberry.com/support/ (under the downloads, service packs section).

Once its installed there is the Intellisync option and you can Configure it to sync with Notes.

If you do not have access to your company's server, can I still have my email sent via Wireless? Is there an application that can run on my Desktop so my lotus notes sync with my Blackberry?

go into desktop manager, intellesync, and select reconcile email. everytime you run desktop manager, you need to run intellesync to transfer read marks, deletes and file moves. its synching your notes mail database with the bb. for this to be done, you need to be set up on the bez server first.
