| Left Former Company BES But Security Policies Enforce 2 Minute Time Out Please Login to Remove! I recently left my former company and BES server. Even when I wipe my handheld, which I own, the security time out policies still remain on my Blackberry. As a result, I can't change the timeout, which is set for every 2 minutes, and is completely annoying. In the security menus, there are little red locks next to the "Enabled" field under "Password" and the "2 min" field under "Security Timeout." How can I get rid of the former BES policy, which I no longer need (I access personal email via web). I called Verizon technical support and they offered no real support. Their best guess was to replace the phone entirely, which won't work due to travel requirements I have in the near future. |
