Hello! My employers gave me a Blackberry to learn how to use (Alltel 7250 using the Enterprise version). I am having many problems with connectivity, however, but it is probably something very simple that I need to change in the setup. I was hoping that someone could help me.
PROBLEMS:
1. I cannot receive email, and my outgoing email is just "pending."
2. I cannot make phone calls (It rings one time, then a recording announces that "We're sorry. We are unable to process your call.")
3. I cannot access the internet (An error message says "Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service.")
OTHER INFORMATION:
I have "Turned Wireless On" and the signal is at least 3-4 bars.
The network administrator at work has installed the Desktop Manager Software.
Are there any other settings that I should check?
