Default Auto signature only works when I compose an email

I've got an 8310. Have used BIS to set up auto signature and it works when I compose and send an email. However, if I reply to an email, there's no signature? Anyone know why?

go grab my tips off my site. Best thing is your own 2 key autotext. That way you can have mulitple sigs. I use ZX for my std sig shortcut.

Odd autotext key strokes work great. You can have a bunch set up. For me zz= in a meeting, and zz = my work signature.

Thanks. But if I reply to an email, should the auto signature appear?

Yes. It would appear directly on your handheld.
