Faulting application BbDevMgr.exe, version, faulting module unknown, version, fault address 0x00000000.

if you do a syn now it makes a good connect to the device logs into mail ok earlier (or seems to, with the Outlook profile selected) then tries to sync the calendar and says says "No Outlook or MS Exchange folder appears to be selected" it say to got the Intellisync configure .. yada yada..

no problem
when any of the application is selected then a translator selected, then OK . It says the file selected is wrong or Zero bytes. The Folder name dialog below is greayed out, and the browse will not let me select any ohter .. the browse button clicks, but not file dialog appears to allow for navigation and selection.

Blackberry Desktop Manager is not certified to be compatible with Windows 2003 Server.
The latest version of BDM will only run on 98/ME/2000/XP.

I am running the Desktop Manager on five different Win2k3 servers with no problems or isues of any kind. I downloaded the app(4.0) from Rim then Downloaded the upgrade (4.01) installed 4.0 then 4.01 on each machine and it is running great.
