Default Information before buy a Blackberry 8820

Please Login to Remove!

Hi !

I'm about to buy a Blackberry 8820 and before, I would like to ask you some question to be sure this is the one for me

I would like to connect the Blackberry with a Funambol server, could you tell me if this is possible ?

I saw the newest Blackberry Bold (9000) and I loooooooove the graphical interface. Do you think it's possible to do an upgrade of theirs new OS on the 8820 ? That would be great !!

Thanks for the response !

Regards

Bold has better screen resolution than 8820 and faster CPU. Upgrade of their OS on 8820 can't give you that.

Welcome to BB Forums.

The "Search" feature here is very powerful - I found this thread easily:

Funambol for Blackberry 8320 - T-Mobile

Unfortunately, you cannot make any other BlackBerry look like a Bold. It is a completely new interface.

Thanks for your responses.

@NJBlackBerry, I googled before post this message, and I didn't find anything about funambol, that's why I didn't try the search feature here :/ Sorry

About the Blackberry bold, it's sad that it's not possible to have it's pretty interface.

Do you know the price of the B.Bold ? Because in France, this Blackberry is not ready yet ...

No pricing (or even a firm delivery date) has been announced yet.
