Default VPN and PPTP Clients for Blackberry

Please Login to Remove!

Hey group,

From what I have googled, I can find no VPN/PPTP client for the BlackBerry (7250). Can anyone confirm this or list any known software for this? I have the Idokorro Client for SSH/Telnet (Trial version) and I like it, but about 1/2 the devices in my network are reachable only via vpn.

Any help, ideas or solutions?

I don't believe there are any VPN clients for Blackberries. The BES's MDS is usually used to get behind a corporate firewall.

If you're running off a BES, check with your admin to ensure MDS is enabled.

I read somewhere that the 7250 has its own TCP/IP stack or something so MDS is no longer needed for it to do stuff...wonder if that will spawn a new VPN client to come about..?!
