Default Cannot enable bluetooth on my Pearl

Please Login to Remove!

Almost a week ago, my phone would not allow me to enable bluetooth. Ever since I got it, about 2 months ago, it would automatically shut off on me and I would have to re-enable it.

Now, even when I select enable bluetooth, nothing happens.

It is not a corporate device, only personal. About the only thing that I have done lately is put a couple new ringtones on it.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Brian

Yup back it up and return it to VZW, they are very good with that kind of stuff... There is no point in messing around with it if there is a problem since you just got it.

Default enable bluetooth

Brian ~
Take it to a Verizon store and ask them do it for you. I have 3 Bluetooths pared with my BB Curve 8310 with no problems so far. Be sure your phone is on and the Bluetooth is in Paring Mode when your phone searches for it and it should automatically find it and show the name of the Bluetooth on your phone when it connects. The Verizon Sales Associates should be able to find what the glitch is and get them pared.
Tony.
