Angry Help With T-mobile Blackberry Pearl 8100

Please Login to Remove!

I am hoping someone out there can help me. A few days ago I was unable to make calls from my Blackberry. I tried every troubleshooting method I could find and finally had to resort to calling T-mobile customer service. They were unable to help and agreed to send me a new phone as I was still under the warranty period. Later that day I had to retrieve a phone number from the device and although the battery had a full charge the phone would not turn on and just flashes a continuous red light. Again I tried everything, taking out the battery, connecting to the computer, etc. and nothing. My problem is that apparantly not all my contact information was on the SIM card so when I put it in the new phone I am missing lots of contact information, and I have lost all of my appointments. Is there any way to get this information from the old phone? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am desperate!

Welcome to BBF!

Were you able to at least do a back up recently? If the answer is no, then I guess you can't do anything anymore...
