Auto Signature Not appearing on email after being set

One of my users has his auto signature set, but when he sends out a message there is no signature on the email.
I have gone through the messages\Options\Email Settings and setup the auto signature, still no joy.
Pulled the battery, resent down service books but still the signature will not appear on the message. We don't restrick the signature and all other users are fine. I tested my auto singnature and its fine.
I am missing somthing very simple I know, could someone please push me in the right direction.
