Default Sticky blackberry 8800 keys

Please Login to Remove!

I've had a Blackberry 8800 since March 2007, and a few keys near each other stopped working yesterday - E, D, S, Z, X and "num." I think it's from a years worth of sticky fingers. Has anyone had this problem? Any luck getting it fixed?

Wirelessly posted

If it were my BB, I would dismantle and wipe everything down. I usually give my bbs a quick spray with "dust off" once a month or so to avoid the build up of dust and pocket lint.

ditto... dismantle and gently wipe the keyboard and underneath it with a some isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Very little will do, on the end of a qtip.
