Unhappy BB 8830 will send but not receive E-Mail

I have a bb 8830 that will not recevie E-mail from outlook. We have 4 others that work fine. It worked for one day.
Ive reset and no help. I get everything but E MAIL!!!!

Can you shed a little more light? Are you on BES? Do you use personal folders?

Yes we are on BB enterprize, im not sure about the folders?

Go into options advanced service books and delete all that reference desktop (or your BES name). Then resend service books from the BES.
