does anyone use this and has it working?

i can connect using a pc using vnc and it's fine

i'm using BES, using the same settings on the BB (as i connect from a pc) and it says unable to connect to the requested port

does anyone have any ideas ?

Is your PC located on the same internal network behind your firewall as your BES server? Are you using the internal or external IP address? What connection method do you have specified in the Mobile Desktop Options?
