I have tried to use jl loader and the research in motion and neither would work. I could get the second one to start but as soon as it got to the second step the connection was lost. I really don't want to take it back so if any one can help I will be thankfull
Thanks Tony

By any chance are you connecting through a USB hub on a laptop? If so plug directly into the primary USB port.

You double click on what? Please be more specific in your questions so someone here might want to help you.

Then perhaps you have not installed JL_cmder to your PC?

There are step by step instructions of JL_cmder and screenshots at the FAQ linked if you are curious of what it should do when you click on it.
