Goodmorning, we have this problem trying to add an user to blackberry server from blackberry manager, this is the error reported to us:
"Failed to add user User Name to the BlackBerry server. Unable to open mailbox fo user. The user's mailbox may have been deleted."
But the user's mailbox is correctly configured an working...
What we can try to do for solve this problem?
