Instead of sending the Roger's stores 10 to 20 phones per store, they should have sent 2 or 3 per store. Although, Apple is probably obligated to send atleast a certain amount. Or they could have always mis-shipped them to Siberia...

Yes!

It is my understanding that they had come to an agreement on reduced data rates prior to rolling out the iphone in Canada. I am not sure if Rogers is breaking the agreement or not.

However if Apple want's to sell the iphone in Canada Rogers is the only GSM carrier in town for the moment.
