Hi - apologies if this has dine the rounds before. I have an 8800 and are relatively new to Blackberries. I am having trouble filing messages that i handle on my handheld. I open them, press the trackball and select "file", chhose the folder, press the button left of the trackball and select "file" again. The symbol associated with the message then changes to a blue folder (which i think is correct) BUT, when i login to my outlook on my office desktop, all of these messages (including those i have deleted on the handheld) are still in my Inbox ie nothing has been deleted or filed. Otherwise everything and syncs seems to be perfect. Any advice very gratefully received.

I'm assuming you're on BES? Otherwise filing won't do anything.

How are your reconciliation options set on the BB?
