We apologize for the delay in responding to your concern about Ramble IM and its inability to connect to your AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) account. We have been troubleshooting this problem and have found that AOL itself seems to be experiencing a very particular problem with the type of connection Ramble IM and other systems, like AOL's own Quick Buddy, use to log in and use AIM. The issue is not with Ramble, BlackBerry or with your wireless carrier (like Nextel, Verizon Wireless or Cingular). We have contacted AOL and submitted a troubleticket for resolution. There is no current estimated time to resolution.
