I have a 7290 (cingular) and noticed that when I receive a "signed" message, the header is there, but not the message. After further investigation I figured out that I got the message if it was sent palin text, but not if it was HTML. The messages work fine in Outlook. Sometimes I can work around the problem by forwarding the message to myself. Is this a problem with the Blackberry or are my settings not quite right?
