Weird. I suddenly cannot send any replies to emails. If I try to reply to a message, it fails with 'Message included an invalid address'. I've tried replying to several different addresses and they all fail.
However, composing a new message and sending it works just fine.
Resending service books didn't help, either.

I just deleted the offending account from my BIS account, made sure the service books were gone, then readded it. It added successfully (rec'd activation email), but it still doens't work.

Are you trying to reply to emails sent BEFORE the new service books... I think I had that problem one time. It would not reply to an older email I received on the BB before I deleted and readded the account.
Try replying to a new email received now after all the new service books and activation.

BINGO! That worked. Can't reply to email sent prior to recreating account.
