Default BIS auto requires new password?

Please Login to Remove!

Got a message this morning on my BB indicating I won't be receiving any new email from my BIS account until I go in and change my password. Is this normal?

I'll bet that you have a very short password. Some of the carriers are rumored to be demanding a certain minimum length now. No big deal, but it doesn't happen often.

Both my wife and I got that message the other day. BIS is just wanting you to validate your password. So if your password hasn't changed on your email, then just enter the same password in the validate field and submit.

Once that is done you are back up and running.

I've had to validate my email PW before, but never had to change it. My passwords must be long enough.
