anyone here an ISV? i'm sure there are. is there a cost to become an ISV? it seems that to become a developer for the iphone there is a cost involved.

i've been thinking about developing an app for the blackberry and wanted to talk to other developers.

There is a $100 signing key you need but past that no. www.blackberry.com and look for partners, then blackberry alliance program.

Interesting. So its pretty much the same as iphone. It might be worth it if you develop an application that is popular.

Does the membership include helping to market your app?
