Default video transfer/ comression

Hello I have an issue Ive been trying to rip movies from my DVD drive to my desktop onto my roxio media manger that comes with the blackberry. What is the proper way to get the desired result I want. I have a blackberry 8320 Curve, and I want to watch movies on it but whenever I try to use th blackberry video converter it opens 30 files. so how do I get the files comressed into one single file to put into my blackberry media manager?

Use blackberry video converter created by seabyrd technologies, free and works beautifully.
