Default Tmobile 3G and holding out for a 3G Blackberry

Allright, Long time lurker, very few poster. I will try to make this as coherent as possible.

So, I'm stuck on Tmobile. Never gonna change. End of story. So here is my dilemma. Had a pearl, loved it, caressed it, smashed it in a car door. Kaput. Suffered for close to a year on a 7105. Recently bought a craiglisted pearl for $100 to "Tide" me over and not use my sell my soul to the devil credit. (I.E. Contract Extension)

I've patiently awaiting the release of the Javelin later this year and will probably spend my not so hard earned money on it. In people's opinions, will T-Mobiles 3G Network be worth waiting until they release a 3G Blackberry? Do you think T-Mobile will raise their Data Plan rates when they "Flip The Switch" later this year? What are the chances the next-gen devices such as the Javelin will be more optimized for wi-fi connections therefore increasing browsing and d/l'ing over wi-fi.

Any input in greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Does it really matter if it's worth it to others? Is waiting for 3G worth it to you? AFAIK other carriers haven't increased their data plan pricing when introducing 3G. I can't see TMO not doing the same... Who knows though? Nothing's definite until their 3G network is up and running.

A T-Mobile 3G Blackberry? I'm afraid your going to be waiting years for that one. T-Mo's network includes only 1 area so far. They're going to have to show hard numbers to the manufacturers if they expect to see AWS-capable handsets. This is a long, slow crawl for sure.

Isnt T-mobile flipping the switch in October to launch the Android Phones this winter? You can prob expect a 3G Berry in Q1 or Q2 next year.

Rumor and innuendo. It may happen but T-Mobile is keeping mum on their plans for the 3G crawl-out. And what should happen is often very different from what actually happens.
