I had to buy a package for the pearl bb.
Do I have additional charges for using the bb browser or boopsie or does it just use minutes?

I had to buy the 30bb package.

The unlimited BlackBerry data plan allows unlimited data for email, browser etc., and all third party aplications.

All except for tethering (using your BlackBerry as a modem for a laptop.
