| Resetting Password Malfunction Please Login to Remove! When our automatic password order "Your password is set to expire in ___ days, do you want to change your password now?" requires a password change, I change my system password, then try to change my BB (internet service, not enterprise server) password, but three times now the process has locked up my BB and I've had to call tech support to have the BB reset. It's take an hour or more each time. Any advice on how to synch up password changes from my network to BB so this doesn't happen? |
