Default Finally a problem I can't fix :(

Please Login to Remove!

OK so when I try to open BB Browse it says
"Uncaught Exception
Invisible Node can not be made current"

I have an 8320 with T-Mo and just running the basic 4.2.2.194 (I believe, it's whatever T-Mo is now giving out), but I did do the FAQ directions to reduce my memory and that wasn't too long ago, except this happened out of nowhere.

Any help would be appreciated!!

P.S. Battery Pull was done..

Wirelessly posted (from the best device ever.)

My suggestion would be a backup and reinstall of the OS

I have never done that wipe, is there a way (that also isn't dangerous preferably) to back up everything and just load the new OS?

pipskicks, that is the process... backup first.

Did you do the battery pull with the device powered ON (not off and remove battery)?

Yes I did, and things got weirder. I've never done a full backup of 3rd party + themes and re-installed everything (except I believe on your memory reducing steps), so I'm a bit hesitant.

The weird thing is, it seems as if when I open BB Browser by itself (startup anew) it gives me the error; however, when I use another program that routs to the BB Browser (i.e. the search on Berry 411, links) it works fine. I just went to an OTA link and everything went smooth...very weird...

Have you tried deleting the Browser service books, and resending them?

Do I delete all service books or just the Browser one? I have done this before, but I never saw the Browser one, I thought they were all e-mail related (yeah although I have been able to solve my problems, none have been very difficult)

This is a joke!

welcome to the forums we are always happy to help

/joke

But seriously, it's no problem. We have all at one point had something irritating that may seem simple to fix, we just didn't know.
