Default Totally newb question time

Hey Guys,

First time poster and a probably done to death question to boot! (Although note I HAVE attempted to google this in as many permutations as I can think of.)

Could any of you enlighten me as to the easiest way I can sync the contents of a folder on my desktop to my blackberry? Basically I'm going to be adding files to this folder at work during the day - I want to be able to connect it to my blackberry just before I go home, have all the files sync automatically (including uploading newer versions of edited files natch) and then connect that to my laptop at home and sync it at that end.

Bonus admirations points if someone tells me how to do this without installing MORE software etc. I was hoping there was an option in the desktop software's sync but I can't see it.

Cheers for any help you can offer.

I haven't seen anything out there but this would be nice to have. Are you trying to sync more than just media like files and such?

Wirelessly posted (8310 AT&T)

I believe that you can do this with Blackberry Unite.

No, just the typical MS Office files - documents, spreadsheets etc.

I saw Unite come up a few times, but it seemed to be geared mostly towards syncing small business users' calendar, emails etc. and allowing them to share documents. I suppose it might do the trick, but I thought it was probably overkill and a simpler solution would present itself...

Cheers for the suggestions so far guys!

Easiest way (not automatic) is to enable mass storage mode on your device, and simply copy the contents of the folder onto your media card. if you are copying a newer version it will overwrite the previous version on the device.
