Yeah, i basically am getting the same info. Sprint said it was an isolated RIM issue and they were working on fixing it. Communication issues between servers. Apparently 7750 users had previous problems earlier this week as well. Just like anything new...you gotta work out the kinks!! ETA was 4 hours (supposedly)!
Still quoting no ETA to me, and keeping tight-lipped on what's going on. I've called in several times this evening and each time am told they're on the phone with RIM trying to fix it, but not making much progress. Oh well.
Strangely, I am seeing a lot of data activity going across my Blackberry (looking at the arrows in the top right corner of the screen) but no connectivity. I have no programs open trying to access the network. It behaves like *something* is trying to communicate with the device, but it's a no-go.
