Default PIN outgoing not being received

I received a PIN message from another BB user, but they never received my reply. I've PIN messaged others, and they get it. Is there a setting on either my end or the potential receiver's end that's blocking the PIN message?

The only setting would be if they or you can not send or receive PINs due to corporate IT Policy from the BES.

I actually had a situation where I couldn't receive PINs (or any other data-driven messaging) but could send them. I could also send SMS.

Lasted about a week while it got bumped from T-Mobile to RIM, where they could see the problem but not track it down. Ended up reactivating my account, I believe - when it started working I got an Activation email plus my backlog of messages, starting around 4-5 AM.

You can also configure blocking of PIN in firewall settings on blackberry.
