Hi there,

I recently set up a few email accounts for pulling on my BB, but one of the accounts doesn't show a visual notification on the email inbox icon on the BB (it's a little red star on my theme...) It still makes the sound i assigned to it in profiles, and the LED blinks red, but no visual notification on the icon. Any ideas?

Start with a hard reset (battery pull while device is on) then re-test.
