I'm in Northern Virginia and I have not received an email from my GMail on my BB since about 4pm ET today. I just sent myself a test email and I didn't receive it. I sent one to my blackberry.net address and it was received within 20 seconds. I sent one to my school email and it took about 4 minutes to receive.

Any ideas? Some sort of Google issue/outage?

edit: The same test email I sent to my school email which I received on my Curve (TMO) in 4 minutes, just got to my work BB (VZW 8703e) now, 20 minutes later.

If you are still having gmail-only issues, try deleting that service book on the HH, and resend the service books from your BIS.

This does not appear to be a data outage of any sort.

I stopped receiving push email this afternoon from all my gmail & hosted domains. Anyone else having a problem?

Yes I had this happen to me yesterday all day. But today seems better.

I wonder if the BIS is having problems. The VZW BIS is very slow adding/deleting/updating email accounts. I did get my Yahoo account to work (push to the BB) but it was slow. Gmail still not pushing to the BB yet.

Update:

Got a flood of emails pushed to my hosted google account but still nothing on my gmail account. Its gotta be a BIS network issue. Hopefully things will improve.

I've noticed my gmail is real slow today, maybe takes emails between 15 min to nearly an hour (occasionally). Hope it fixes itself soon!

Push is once again almost instant. Like I said its probably some BIS network/server overload at times. Lets hope its not a sign of a future outage.

I am having the same issue, I haven't received any gmail messages since about 3:30pm, have you gotten any response or explanation?

I just read that others have been having problems receiving email on BB through their gmail account. Is there any solution, or do we have to wait it out? I've never had this problem before, and like all other BB users, I rely on my email to be live pretty much all the time.

And I just sent a test to mine from my POP account to the gmail account.

It arrived instantly, before I could even pick up the BB to check it.

I logged out on the HH, and tried to delete my email account, and re-enter it on the BIS, and it let me add a new account, but not delete my other. It's the same email address, I'm still having problems. I'm getting email, but just in the general "messages" icon, not my email inbox

I'm not receiving any attachments on my gmail accounts on my BIS...when I go into outlook the mails have them but not on my BB...first time it's ever happened. Running newest beta with DTG Premium on AT&T (8310)...weird.
