--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I am working on a Blackberry 8703e that has me completely stumped. It belonged to another user where I work, and after he left and we reissued his Blackberry out, noticed that he had done some crazy changes to the Blackberry that I didn't even know how to do. I fixed most things, but there is one that continues to haunt me.

Our Blackberry's are used on the BES, but on top of that he also set up his hotmail email account. We have done battery pulls, erased from too many passwords, erased from Security Settings, and I just used JL_Cmdr to wipe it completely to a 507 error, reloaded the OS with Desktop Manager, it finally came back online, and all of a sudden, it received another hotmail message... I'm completely lost on this and don't know where to go. It's running OS 4.1.0.384 (Platform 2.2.0.182) downloaded from Blackberry today, and I don't want to update it since this is the OS of all our Blackberry's (and I probably have already gone past my scope today).

Help...

You must login to this user's BIS account and remove hotmail and all other email addresses from there.

How do I go about doing that? He no longer works for us, but even when I called him about it, he claims to not know anything about it or how it got there... it's been hell trying to track down who exactly did what to this.

Call Sprint (wireless carrier you are paying monthly blackberry data plan fees to) and tell their support delete BIS account associated with that device.
