i'm new to the blackberry world and maybe im missing something, but if the blackberry is supposedly so good with email why cant you setup different inbox folders on your handheld? Even the sidekick can do that. Is this something that will be fixed with the new BWC with tmobile? It seems very strange that every message, email, text in or out stays in the same folder.

^^ I see where you are coming from on that being I used to use an SK2. However having the folders is kind of annoying, just means I have to click one more thing to get my email. Since a lot of BB users get tremendous amounts of Email a day a week or whatever I see it as useless. However you can go to your BWC and set up folders to place the emails in after they have been read.
