Default Please help me! 7750 keeps turning off

Please Login to Remove!

I love my BB. But this morning it decided that it would turn itself off whenever it felt like it. It is fully charged. There was one time where it didnt automatically reboot itself. It says "device error 348" and then restarts. I have tried pressing r to restart it but this continues to happen. Normally it happens when i am scrolling quickly or when i end a call. Help please! I am not very BB savvy and have never "posted" anything online either.
Thanks
Krista

Whenever something "weird" happens with my device, I reload the operating system. It's quick and easy. Use the Blackberry Desktop Manager.
