Default Auto Signature Problem (can't change it)

I have searched the forum, but can't find an answer to my problem. I have a 7230 and my company uses BES. I do not use Desktop manager or a Blackberry Web Client at all. I set my Auto Signature from my handheld.

I have not had a problem changing my signature, until today. I cannot make any modifications to my signature, nor can I turn it off. If I change my signature at all, or set the Auto Signature field to 'Off', my old signature is still sent with every message. I have tried numerous times to change it and to turn the setting off, but nothing seems to work, I just can't get rid of my old signature text.

I have powered my Blackberry on and off several times and have also reset it, still no luck.

Is it possible that my IT Department needs to reset something on the server?

Any ideas?

I have the same problem with my 8700. I just posted in that forum. I can not resolve it.

Did you fix your issue? If so, how?
