Please Login to Remove!

Just called T-support for help and guess what they're answer was. For the 20th time in a row I was told to wipe the handheld and reinstall the software. Has anybody ever not been told to do that by T-Support? They should just set up an answering machine that tells you to do that.

Prepopulation wasn't working on a device that I had wiped and restored earlier this morning.
