ever since ive got my BB pearl 8120 i have not been able to install the desktop manager, i tried install from the disc and from the website. it keeps giving me this error message.

error 2738. could not access VBscript run time for custom action

Are you on Vista?

Run the install with Administrator rights in Vista.
