Default Help Me Please

Please Login to Remove!

hi,

I purchased a blackberry 8700g from a friend. However I wanted to connect it to my desktop but don't know how.. I am a rookie in these things

What do I have to download? I allready know it should be desktop manager but which one???.. Or is it better to upgrade it somehow and download another desktop manager..?

Can anybody plz help me :s with some links to downloads? I don't have a disc for installing files..

I found this info about my BB; v4.1.0.286 (Platform 2.0.0.124)

Also is it possible to instal this freeware program on it? i'm looking for a free spreadsheet for my sportsresults..(tennis)

Hope someone can help..

greetz, welcome to the BBForums.

I would recommend any Desktop Manager version of 4.2 SP 2 and above.

There are a couple of freeware spreadsheets applications, look over in our Aftermarket Software section, and search in that section on excel or spreadsheet.

Default hmm

First of welcome to the club. Well if your trying to sync all your contacts and notes from your outlook. You will need blackberry desktop manager. On the 8700. You can use almost any version. Once u have that installed you need to configure your sync. As in have your handheld over write. Your desktop or your desktop over write your handheld. Or just have it sync and give u the ability to confirm. A add or delete hope this helps
