Cool 8800 - Intermitent Network Disconnect

Please Login to Remove!

My 8800 disconnects from the network at seemingly random times. I could be in the middle of a phone call and it drops for some reason. I then have to wait a minute os so for it to connect again. I'm on o2 and his happens when I stay in the same place (office or home). Not sure if it's a device or service issue. Any advise appreciated.

Welcome to the Forums.

While it could be a service issue, you should perform a reset on your end...

I've done a double-soft reset. Let's see what happens over the next week or so. Thanks.

For communication errors and network errors, a battery pull is best.

I had the same problem with a Spring 8830. Loading the latest OS solved the issue.
