Default Can someone help DOMINO BES SQL problem ????? (please ????)

Can someone help ??? please ???

1. We had corrupt SQL db and had to recreate.

2. After recreating we imported users from legacy system (domino server) into SQL

3. 40% of users initialised and remainer did not...remainder gave the errors sample below

5. we have duplicate profile documents within the BES Directory on domino (but BES warns against deleting them)

6. Bes directory is BBDIR.nsf

example error that we are now getting (but we have a log file full of these .... hundreds of users

can anyone help with the dupliacte profile issue safely ? BES warns against deleting them

For complex issues like these, you should call your carrier for support. Better yet would be to utilise your TSupport from RIM.

Just for people who search for this Error :

Open your BlackBerryProfile.nsf on your server and search for your user profile.

You should find more than one profile document. Delete these profile and keep only One !

then wait for the blackberry server to re-initialise the user.

OR delete the user with the BB Manager, delete all user profiles in the BlackBerryProfiles.nsf and recreate the user.

Agreed. There really is no other way todo it. How many users are we talking about here?

Pick the newest or largest profile for the user. Delete the rest.
