Default Blackberry Intertnet Service..works for some, no for others

Hello,

I hope someone here will be able to help me with an issue I am having. Currently there are 3 blackberry users in my company, two users have Verizon and the third is with AT&T.

One of the users that have verizon I am able to go into his Blackberry Internet Service account and setup an account so that his work email (outlook) shows on the blackberry...he is able to receive and send email from his blackberry with no problems at all.

The other two users one from verizon and one from AT&T I login to their Blackberry Internet Service accounts and try to setup their account so that company email can show up on the blackberry device they have, but for some reason when I try to create the account on Blackberry Internet Service website specific to each carrier I get an error message.

Could this problem be with the device or this has to do with the way the users are setup within Active Directory?

Appreciate the help in this matter.

We had the same problem with two of our Blackberry devices through Alltel.
We called the carrier, and the devices were set up to add email and manage accounts from the device only. They were able to change them, and they worked just fine.

I tried to setup the email for both users from the blackberry device and still could not get it to work. The problem seemed to be with being when entering the user's email and password which is not getting accepted.

Could the problem be caused if the user has too many emails in his outlook inbox?
