For the most part, I like 4.5. Just upgraded. But am having some issues with form fields and the new BlackBerry browser pointer. Sometimes after entering data in a field such as search, the pointer won't work to initiate the search on the button. Anyone else experiencing this? I'm on ATT 8310. Thanks

I've had the same thing. What you need to do is press the trackball to "release you" from being in field-mode. It might be a feature?

Thanks. I did discover that, but sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. Must be a bug.

Also if you go out of the reply box you need to go back to the black block and press the track ball. Then the black block will move to the end of the sentence or where you want to go too.

Another thing I find on some sites if you want to edit. I only get the first line and the rest of my thread is missing. Also sometimes I have to restart my Browser because has I type after the first line my text disappears. Does not happen very much but it is a PITA

Hi I downloaded the 4.5 desktop software and removed the vendor xml. I also downloaded the device software. When I plug up the phone and go to device properties it says that there is a error communicating with the the device and that I need to reconnect the connection . I tried that and used all the ports on my laptop and still get the same message. How can I fix this. .please help! I have 8120
