You will need to decide on the Curve that best fits your needs, one with GPS (8310), with WiFi (8320) or neither (8300). The 8320 is available only from TMo, and you will need to have it unlocked to use on AT&T.

What is your need?

Well what OS do you hve on your 8110? If its not 4.5, then you wouldn't have to upgrade for it to have the safe functionality. If you want the latest features, you would need to upgrade as US carriers aren't shipping OS 4.5 yet.

There is very little difference. Very little. Mostly just small internal OS improvements and adjustments, of which you will not notice much difference.

Between 4.3 and 4.5 are minimal. HTML email and Docs To Go are about it. The browser is a little better, but its about the same.

If you check out some of the threads in Beta You Than Me you will see some discussions on new features.
